Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
- Shipping cost is 250 across Pakistan. For international orders all the duties and taxes will be paid by the customers.
How long will delivery take?
- Delivery time across Pakistan is 3-5 working days. For international orders delivery time will be 7-10 working days. It may vary for different countries. Delivery may take longer for custom orders depending upon their design.
What exactly happens after ordering?
- You will receive a receipt through E-mail. Followed by a computer generated call , Or our representative will call if there is any problem. You are requested to pick up the call to confirm your order otherwise it will not be shipped. You are requested to provide a working phone number.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
- You will receive the receipt for your order through the provided e-mail address right after you place your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
- AK Collection has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.
- For return requests due to quality issue, AK Collection will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future purchase.
- You may exchange any item bought from AK Collection within 3 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered or broken. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice. Sale items aren’t exchangeable

- In case of any damaged or wrong product, we will exchange the product within 2-3 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Yes, order can be changed or cancelled within 3 hours of placing it. Order cannot be cancelled or changed after 3 hours.
