To secure your Customer Protection Rights Do make VIDEO of unboxing the parcel.There will be our AK Collection Sticker as a seal on Parcel.You will open parcel by making video and will open that seal.IF seal opening will not be Shown in video,NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED PRODUCT or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted.

  8. It is compulsory to make unpacking video so you can send that video to us for any CLAIM.

  9. Customer will send back the parcel on its own & will bear the delivery charges too.
